1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") and Cucislot (hereinafter referred to as "Cucislot", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible atcucislot.cam.

By accessing the Cucislot platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Cucislot platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Cucislot enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all real-money gambling activities in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Cucislot platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, or agent of Cucislot or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• The funds deposited into your Account are derived from lawful sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to, your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Mobile telephone number;
• Residential address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. You must notify Cucislot immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting our support team via the live chat or email at [email protected].

Cucislot reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe, or the provision of false or misleading information during verification, will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds.

5 Deposits & Payments

Cucislot accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the User's own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Cucislot will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from the use of third-party payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Cucislot does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of Cucislot.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network.
• Cucislot reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time.
• All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the account is configured for cryptocurrency transactions.

6 Withdrawals

Users may request the withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are not available until the Account has undergone and successfully completed KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the payment channel selected.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Cucislot reserves the right to impose a processing hold of up to 72 hours on withdrawal requests pending security or compliance review.
• Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must not exceed the User's available real-money Account Balance after applicable bonus locks are applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Cucislot offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out herein, as well as any additional promotional-specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are awarded at Cucislot's sole discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Only bets placed on games specified as contributing towards a particular bonus's wagering requirement will count towards clearing that requirement. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are outlined in the specific offer terms.
• Cucislot reserves the right to remove bonus credits and associated winnings from any Account if it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or exploitation of system errors.
• Bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only. Minors are not eligible to claim or benefit from any promotional offer on the Platform.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Cucislot platform — whether on casino games, sports events, live football markets, or any other product — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed at the time of wagering:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Users cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• In the event of a system malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that renders a game result invalid, Cucislot reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and refund the original stake amounts.
• Cucislot reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were erroneously displayed as result of a pricing error.
• For sports betting, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the English Premier League, the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures).
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products and may be enforced without prior notice. Cucislot reserves the right to limit or restrict any User's betting activity.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to specific minimum odds requirements per selection, as displayed in the sportsbook interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cucislot platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct is liable to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written authorisation;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in the User's own name;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or access control measure implemented by Cucislot or its partners;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Cucislot staff or other platform users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cucislot platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Cucislot or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works from, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of Cucislot.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cucislot, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform;
• Technical failures resulting from circumstances outside Cucislot's reasonable control;
• Gambling losses sustained through lawful use of the platform.

Cucislot's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

Cucislot is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum loss threshold for a specified period after which further wagering is suspended for that cycle.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated pop-up notifications can be configured to alert Users after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

13 Termination

Cucislot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account — with or without prior notice — if:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Cucislot has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require the restriction or closure of the Account;
• The User has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete mandatory age verification;
• The continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, Cucislot reserves the right to withold any Account Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the User via a payment method approved by our compliance team.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided no active bonus claims or pending wagers remain.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cucislot holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between Cucislot and a User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia may differ from the licensing jurisdiction and accept that the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail with respect to matters governed by these Terms.

15 Amendments

Cucislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, Cucislot will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 13.
